Sponsorship

🍻 Sponsor Spotlight - Main Character Media & Services 🍻 Bit of an odd one for me, as I’m writing this sponsor spotlight myself... 🙈 For those who don’t know me, I’m Kirsty, owner and creator of Main Character Media & Services. Some of you will know me from behind the bar at your local, where I still work occasionally. (And whilst I’m often asked if I’m the one behind the pub’s social media too, I can’t take credit for that.) I’m just the lowly bar wench that serves the drinks. 😏🍻 Main Character was built on a simple belief: Good businesses deserve good support. 👏 I work with pubs, hospitality venues and small businesses, helping with social media, content creation, photography, filming, admin support and business organisation. But more importantly, I support the people behind them. The business owners, managers, volunteers and committees who work incredibly hard to keep great businesses and community events running. I am loving helping with the beer festival’s socials in the lead up to the weekend and I’ll also be out and about throughout the festival filming, photographing and capturing the weekend as it unfolds, so there’s a good chance you’ll bump into me at some point! ☺️📸 If you’re a business owner and need support with your social media, content creation, admin, events, business organisation or simply need an extra pair of hands, please feel free to come and have a chat or head on over to our Facebook page - I’d love to hear about what you’re working on. A huge thank you to the committee, volunteers, sponsors and everyone supporting this year’s festival. Events like this only happen because of the people who give up their time to make them happen, and it’s a privilege to play a small part in helping tell that story. See you this weekend! 🍻 #bluntybeerfest

A new brewery to the Bluntisham Beer Festival - Loose Cannon Brewery. Founded in the historic brewing town of Abingdon on Thames in 2010 by Will Laithwaite. Their first, and signature beer, is Abingdon Bridge, a beautifully balanced classic English Bitter with a subtle modern twist. At the festival we will have one of their permanent range - Gunners Gold and one seasonal beer - Fuse (or Bombshell).  Gunners Gold is a golden coloured session beer. An initial light peach aroma on the nose which then transfers to the palate with a satisfying crisp finish (3.4%). Fuse is a light gold ale brewed with Magnum, Olicana and Jester hops, this beer is bursting with tropical fruit flavours of mango, grapefruit and passion fruit flavours (4.0%). #bluntybeerfest
